2. Update the network driver

  1. Press Windows + R keys to prompt the Run window, type devmgmt.msc, and click OK.
  2. Expand the Network adapters, right-click on the driver, then click Update driver from the drop-down.
  3. Select the Search automatically for drivers option and wait till the update finishes.

3. Reset TCP/IP Stack

  1. Left-click the Start button, type Command Prompt, and click the Run as administrator option.
  2. Click Yes on the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  3. Type the following in the command bar and press Enter: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew  ipconfig /flushdns
  4. Restart your computer.
